“Chalfont Borough Council in considering the possibility of joining the Central Bucks Regional Police Department, recently commissioned a study by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development of what such a Department would look like. The study can be found at the link below and covers both the structural and financial aspects of such a merger. The Councils of all three Boroughs will be reviewing the study in the coming weeks and months as they decide whether to move forward with Regionalization.
