Jennifer Jarret is an architectural historian and lifelong resident of Doylestown Borough. After graduating from Central Bucks West High School, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Miami.
Following graduate school in Rome, Jennifer returned to Doylestown with her husband, John, where they are now raising their child. As a family, they enjoy walking in town, visiting local parks, exploring museums, and swimming at the beloved Fanny Chapman Pool—instilling a love and respect for the community in the next generation.
Before joining the Borough Council, Jennifer served on the Historic Architectural Review Board, working to preserve and celebrate Doylestown's rich architectural heritage. She has also contributed extensively to the James Michener Art Museum, the Village Improvement Association, and the Bucks County and Doylestown Historical Societies.
Jennifer currently serves as Chair of the Zoning and Planning Committee for the Borough. Additionally, she is a member of the Water Utility, Personnel, and Finance and Pension Committees.
