The Borough’s Finance Department conducts all Borough financial activities accurately, timely and effectively in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles and sound business practices for municipal entities.

The Finance Department is responsible for budget, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources, insurance claims and oversight of utility billing.

Caroline Brinker, Director of Finance

Caroline has been a dedicated Borough employee since 1986, first as the Utility Billing Clerk, then Bookkeeper, before becoming Director of Finance in 1991. A magna cum laude graduate of Delaware Valley College with a B.S. in Accounting/Finance, Caroline has played a pivotal role in the Borough’s success.

She serves as a member of the Delaware Valley Health Trust's executive committee, Treasurer of the Bucks County Consortium of Municipalities, Regional Board Member of the PA Government Finance Officers Association, and the Management Committee for the Bucks County Tax Collection Committee.

Caroline is a life-long resident of Central Bucks County. Originally from Doylestown Township, she now resides in Doylestown Borough.
