Liz has lived in Doylestown Borough since 2002 and enjoyed raising two daughters here. She and her husband Tom enjoy walking into town from their Old Orchard neighborhood, often to see movies at the County Theater.

Liz has owned Quill & Key, LLC since 2012, focusing on the needs of local small businesses. She has a degree in French and English from the University of Delaware, was certified to teach at West Chester University, and taught French in CBSD and New Hope Solebury Schools.

Since 2014, Liz has moderated the Women Bike Dtown group, holding bike skills and maintenance sessions, local road and mountain bike rides, and the annual Witches Ride and Holiday Lights Ride. She led the effort to build the Doylestown Pump Track and mtb trails at Chapman Park. She has served on the Park & Recreation Board and the Doylestown Community Bike & Hike Committee. In 2018, she developed a bike education program for Doyle Elementary School's gym classes, and helped the Borough earn a Bronze-level League of American Bicyclists Bike-Friendly Community Award in 2019. She continues to advocate for safe biking and walking in and around town.

Liz serves as Chair of the Environment and Recreation Board for Doylestown Borough. She is also a member of the Public Works and the Community and Government Affairs committees.
