The Water Department is located in Borough Hall at 10 Doyle Street. Amy Kramer, the water department clerk, can be reached at 215 -345-4140 or by email: [email protected].
You can pay your bill online, by mail with a check, or in person with cash, check, or credit card.
Put your water account number in the memo of your check so it is posted to the correct account. Note: Water account numbers are property-specific — if you move to another Borough property, the number will change. Putting the old number on the check will cause it to be applied to your former property even if it is not yours anymore.
We are pleased to offer the option of free and secure online payment for your water bill!
The upgraded service will be available starting Thursday, February 20, 2025.
To set up your new online account, follow these steps:
- Go to Pay My Water Bill, click "New Users: Click Here to Register," and create a profile with your first and last name, a valid email address, and a new password.
- Add an account to your profile:
- Click on the “Manage Billing Accounts” link on the left
- Search for your account using your Account ID number and PIN (available on your February bill.) Use the whole account number, including the digits after the dash mark. For example, 12345-6.
- Click the “Search” button
- Check the box next to the name on the account
- Click the “Save Selected Accounts” button. The account has now been added to your profile
Please repeat this process if you receive multiple billing statements and wish to associate multiple accounts with your profile.

We’ve become aware of a bill payment system, Doxo.com, which uses misleading advertising leading some customers to believe it is affiliated with Doylestown Borough. IT IS NOT. Doxo is a third-party website that charges customers extra fees for their services. Additionally, we cannot control when we will receive the payments from Doxo, which may result in late payments.
