Doylestown Borough Statement Concerning Authorization of Crown Castle Settlement
At the July 16, 2018 public meeting of Doylestown Borough Council, the Council voted to authorize the Borough Manager and Solicitor to finalize a settlement agreement to resolve federal and state court litigation between the Borough and Crown Castle East NG LLC (“Crown Castle”).

Decision in Crown Castle Hearings
The Doylestown Borough Zoning Hearing Board received 44 applications for the installation of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) "nodes" along roadways throughout the Borough. Crown Castle, LLC sought variances from specific sections of the Zoning Ordinance and also challenged the validity of the Borough's Wireless Communication Ordinance.
